America: From Freedom to Fascism Part 1

Did you know that the supposed law that allows the U.S. government to tax your income was actually fraudulently passed? It was. The 16th Amendment as supposedly passed in 1913 was one of the key planks of the Illuminati's goal for an eventual one world order. The other was the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. This is not a coincidence.

Bill Benson, the courageous researcher who after investigating the govenment's claim that federal taxation is constitutional and therefore legal found that the American people have been blatantly lied to for almost a hundred years. I personally talked to Benson in depth in 2004 and 2005 about this. His book, The Law That Never Was, Vol. 1 and The Law That Never Was, Vol. II (both of which are referenced in this video by Russo) are the culmination of that research.

Benson literally went to all the American states that were states in 1913 at some expense. The final result of his research yielded over 17,000 documents proving the government lied in 1913 about the passing of the then proposed 16th Amendment.

The book is dry reading but it testifies of what Benson told me -- the government lied to us. The government and Illuminati cabal found out about Benson's planned publishing of the books and tried to buy his allotment of books with the offer of a federal job for life. The henchman sent to him was Warren Richardson a lawyer (what a surprise) who was sent by none other than the sainted senator from Utah Orrin Hatch.

Benson told them to "jump in the lake" -- his exact words to me in recounting the story. They didn't quit but had him arrested and injected him with volporic acid, which destroyed his health. A grass roots tax effort got him released but he had to learn to walk again. His website is www.thelawthatneverwas.com.

Another hero in the 16th Amendment truth movement is Joe Bannister, former criminal investigation officer of the IRS in San Jose, California. I also talked to Bannister on the phone and he confirmed everything about his experience with his former employers when he tried to find out if what he had heard on a local Bay Area talk show about the illegality of the income tax was true. Specifically, he asked for clarification on what he found in his research that was very troubling. The IRS Commissioner's response was "please resign."

He was asked to resign, and he did.
